That’s where health coaching makes all the difference.

Unfortunately, a lot of what’s sold as “health coaching” online either:

  • Makes wild claims — “Get the body of a Greek god in just 20 minutes a day!”

  • Or comes with wildly expensive price tags, usually involving weekly 1:1 calls, intense programs, and cookie-cutter plans disguised as “personalised”

That’s not what I do.


Why I Built This System

I developed this system not because I had loads of time to build a fancy online coaching business — quite the opposite. I’m a hands-on chiropractor and health professional, and I’m busy helping clients every day.
